1. The serial number on each Adoption Certificate matches with that    of a racing duck, which will be released into the Singapore River on 9 September 2007 at 12.30pm.

2. If your serial number corresponds with the randomly assigned number of the first racing duck that crosses the finish line, you win the first prize of $10,000.

3. All racing ducks are the property of The Great American Duck Races and are not to be kept by the public. The Adoption Certificate does NOT entitle you to a racing duck.

4. Lost racing ducks, if found, should be returned to Festival Square Circle Pte Ltd at 155 Neil Road, Singapore 088882, for its next international charity race.

5. Winners will be notified by post.

6. Results will be published in TODAY on 11 September 2007 and posted on www.duckrace.com.sg

7. 1^st to 50^th prizes not won or unclaimed, will be donated to Concern & Care Society, Handicaps Welfare Association, Metta Welfare Association, Tampines Family Service Centre, Tan Tock Seng Hospital Community Charity Fund and TOUCH Community Services.

8. This adoption certificate is sold under the rules laid down by the organizer and may be inspected at their office.
